There’s roughly 190,000 thousand deaths annually in the US believed to be directly caused by insurance and access issues.

Yes it’s an onion article but it’s not untrue, just not a specific example. So why not upvote it in general acknowledgement of the issue? They don’t need a specific example because we all know how much of a problem insurance in the US especially in part because is tied to work for most people (and, well, this is work reform)
