### Moderator Guidelines * Don’t be mean to users. Be gentle or neutral. * Most moderator actions which have a modlog message should include your username. * When in doubt about whether or not a user is problematic, send them a DM. * Don’t waste time debating/arguing with problematic users. * Assume the best, but don’t tolerate sealioning/just asking questions/concern trolling. * Ask another mod to take over cases you struggle with, if you get tired, or when things get personal. * Ask the other mods for advice when things get complicated. * Share everything you do in the mod matrix, both so several mods aren’t unknowingly handling the same issues, but also so you can receive feedback on what you intend to do. * Don’t rush mod actions. If a case doesn’t need to be handled right away, consider taking a short break before getting to it. Ask them to avoid this in the future and send them packing if they do not comply. * First warn users, then temp ban them, then finally perma ban them when they break the rules or act inappropriately. Skip steps if necessary. * Use neutral statements like “this statement can be considered transphobic” rather than “you are being transphobic”. * No large decisions or actions without community input (polls or meta posts f.ex.). * Large internal decisions (such as ousting a mod) might require a vote, needing more than 50% of the votes to pass. Also consider asking the community for feedback. * Remember you are a voluntary moderator. You don’t get paid. Take a break when you need one. Perhaps ask another moderator to step in if necessary.

too much rule? DAY 55 [OC, brainmade]

digital drawing on dark purple background. a lilac figure and a white figure are sitting on a couch. Lilacs hand touches Whites. Lilac says "hey, can i kiss you?" to which White responds "umm... i mean... sure". Lilac is now holding Whites head and is wrapping the other arm around Whites waist and kisses them. next Lilac asks "can i do it again?" to which White responds with a small nod. Lilac kisses White again, this time holding their face while they do it. again, Lilac backs off, asks "another?" and White, a bit exhausted, says "...can i just tell you when it's too much?" to which Lilac finally responds "oh, of course".

oh of course, everything for my White.

not sure how this will land with y’all, might be too much. but eeeeeeh- this is 196 where peeps post making out images and yap about kinds so this is fiiiine. nothing to worry about, this is absolutely safe for work, your boss wouldn’t bat an eye if they saw this on your monitor.

yea i had a sudden urge to make this and now its here. that second-to-last line was difficult. i wanted White to not be too demanding while also not implying like they would ever want it to stop. i think it “being too much” is a reasonable clause to use.

i’m still one post behind. i’m mostly eating buldak noodles with brother and… yea not sure what to make really. i look in my pictures folder for inspiration,But all i see is potatos, dario amodei, nappies, Friedrich Merz and burger king. not very helpful.

i wanna make some post about sky cotl again like i did some time ago even if it won’t garner as many comments as these types of posts would. oh well, sacrifices have to be made for… me. yes, i am sacrificing your enjoyment over my own interests, this really does sound cruel doesn’t it? i don’t wanna be cruel, i wanna be good and nice. and polite. wow what a callback.

Hi Maria. Is this a happy or a sad post? I’m worried in part because it looks like White’s using closed off body language and isn’t reciprocating the advances.

oh nonono this is a happy post! White is just a bit frozen in place and doesnt know where to put their arms so they stay a bit stiff. White is very much enjoying this, but isn’t quite sure how to handle this.

good eye for catching that though <3 I also thought it looked a bit robotic.
