Today I debugged an issue with some of my #Python programs:
They're processing microscopy data (250 GB each) and I'm using #memmap and #NumPy mostly to keep the #memory footprint low.
With the #update from #Ubuntu 22.04 to 26.04 (#LTS), I suddenly got crashing #Terminals or #DBUS #warnings, funny business.

Turns out I ran out of memory because #Canonical moved all #temp files to #ram. 🤦‍♂️

I'm not even mad. I'm just disappointed.
