I thought this game looked pretty interesting. The developer is Dutch.

You have to maximize the profits of your car industry:

• Build parking lots in desirable areas and then close down public transit nearby.
• Evict city apartment dwellers and force them into suburban developments where car dependency is a must.
• Spread “car brainness” in the population with pro-car propaganda around town, and send squads of riot cops to fight anyone who disagrees with you.
• Provide new services for your car dependent society: fast food drive thrus, oil refineries, and gas stations
