Downtime - fedia.social and other instances

fedia.social seems to alternate between uptime and downtime over the past couple of days. I realised that infosec.town and a few other instances operated by @jerry@infosec.pub face(d) the same issue. Any pointers as to what the problem might be? Thanks!

The instance is running, I’m guessing you tripped my overanxious firewall. Can you DM me your username and IP?

I just checked and it was indeed the firewall. The app you use causes a lot of 404’s which crowdsec interprets as crawling and so blocked your IP. I unblocked and working on fixing crowdsec so it stops happening.

I'm not familiar with all the servers architectures. Any of them written in php?

If I remember correctly, the instance uses .NET and C#, not PHP.
