Since previous TOS allow them to change the TOS at any time without warning, does that mean an abandoned, or account put on hold, automatically is made to agree to this?
This kind of stuff only was allowed by the courts in the last couple decades plus. In the Bush years. Courts used to throw out entire contracts for one illegal part, now they legalized those things and allow the rest to remain in place if part is illegal.
