@Em0nM4stodon Kevin Hearne's Iron Druid Chronicles are nine pretty fun books and a ton of shorter works. He also co-wrote an excellent series focused on trope-skewering with Delilah S Dawson (Kill the Farm Boy, No Country for Old Gnomes, The Princess Beard.)

@Em0nM4stodon Project Hail Mary. It's the most popular cheese in the world! (Ok, it's not a series, but it is so fun.)

@Em0nM4stodon like many other Becky Chambers is great.

I you want something a bit more weird and wacky (and quirky British humour).
Robert Rankin has two series. "They Came and Ate Us" - Barry the time travelling sprout and "The Antipope|The Brentford Triangle" plus a whole load in the same universe.

Becky Chambers has a Wayfayers series that takes place in the same universe but have mostly new characters each book. The first book is A Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet.

I can also highly recommend:
The Locked Tomb series starting with Gideon the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir.

The Dorothy mysteries starting with Murder by Memory by Olivia Waite.

The Vera Wong series starting with Vera Wong's Unsolicited Advice for Murderers by Jesse Q. Sutanto.

And the currently one off Of Monsters and Mainframes by Barbara Truelove.

I've been on kind of a reading kick lately.
